PURPOSE: Provided is a device for measuring pressure, flow, temperature change of a coating and pulsebeat in a coater, which evaluates the performance of a coating and determines coating conditions according to the kind of a coating. CONSTITUTION: The device is used for measuring pressure, flow, temperature change of a coating and pulsebeat in a coater, which comprises an air motor(11) having an inlet(10), an upper and a lower cylinders(12,14), a lower pump(13), a coating inlet(15), a coating dispensing part(16) and a coating gun(30). The device comprises a first to third pressure gauges(20-22), a temperature measuring unit(23), a flowmeter(24), a first to a fifth data input units(40-44), an electric power output unit(51), an electric power input unit(50), an electric power switch(52), a data output unit(53) connected to a PC, a pressure deviation indicator(57), a temperature indicator(59), a flow indicator(58), a first to a third pressure indicators(54-56), and a data display time controller(70). |
