WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A wireless Internet access system and a method therefor are provided to input a phone number instead of a URL in accessing a wireless Internet webpage through a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: If a wireless Internet access system receives origination information from a user's mobile phone through an origination information receiving part(S10), a network access control part in the wireless Internet access system judges whether the received origination information contains the input of an identification key besides the input of a phone number(S12). If it is judged that the received origination information contains the input of an identification key, the network access control part searches for a webpage address corresponding to the inputted phone number(S16). If the webpage address is obtained, the network access control part connects the user's mobile phone to the webpage of the obtained web address through a wireless Internet(S18).
