PURPOSE: A heat exchange structure for an air conditioner is provided to efficiently exchange heat between inflow air and outflow air passing through an air conditioner by controlling the wind velocity and increasing heat indirectly transmitted through diaphragms. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange structure for an air conditioner includes a plurality of square diaphragms(11) mounted at regular gaps in an accumulation structure, and a plurality of partitions(12) connecting both sides of each diaphragm to form air passages(13) in one direction every space between the diaphragms. An embossed structure(100) is formed on a surface of each diaphragm to restrict rectilineal movement of air passing through the air passages.
