PURPOSE: An arm type window regulator for a door in a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and load of a motor by restricting and absorbing compression or tension load with sliding a support member to the right and the left, to simplize going up and down of the window glass with reducing friction, and to improve appearance by restricting crease of a garnish. CONSTITUTION: A door window regulator comprises a main arm(1) seesawing by mounting a sector gear rotated by a motor on the lower part; a sub arm crossing the center of the main arm and horizontally moving the lower end in a sub arm rail; a guide rail(10) lifted and guided by sliders mounted on the upper parts of the main arm and the sub arm; and a window glass(14) fastened to clips at both sides of the guide rail. The slider includes a slider body(29) sliding on the guide rail and having a spherical groove(30), a support member(31) having a ball(32) inserted in the spherical groove and a moving groove(33), and a support pin(34) composed of a fitting sill(35) inserted in the moving groove with sliding perpendicularly to the window glass and riveted on the upper part of the main arm.
