PURPOSE: Provided are a health drink using brewed vinegar which contains the active ingredient of medicinal herbs, and its preparation method. The prepared functional health drink is beneficial to the human health. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a functional health drink comprises the steps of; concentrating brewed vinegar; adding Taraxacum platycarpum H. Dahlstedt, Prunella vulgaris, Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf. and Salvia miltriorrhiza to the concentrate, respectively and followed by concentration; filtering the above resultants and mixing them together; and aging the mixture at normal temperature.
