PURPOSE: A method for dynamically arranging menus according to frequency in use of a mobile phone is provided to preferentially arrange and display frequently used or favorite menus by recording the selected frequency of each menu and automatically and sequentially arranging menus according to frequency in use. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile phone user inputs a key button to select a supplemental service(S200), the mobile phone displays a list of main menus to indicate all kinds of available supplemental services(S210). If one among the displayed main menus is selected(S220), accumulated frequency in the selection and access of the selected main menu is stored in an allocated memory domain(S230). The mobile phone displays a list of sub menus subordinate to the selected main menu(S240). In case that the user selects one among the displayed sub menus(S250), the mobile phone stores the accumulated frequency of the selected sub menu in an associated memory domain, accesses the selected sub menu, and executes an associated supplemental service(S270).
