t is disclosed herein a remotely-controlled system made of metal frames whereon there are fixed a camera or video camera and a micro-camera, all having the ability to turn by remote control towards the desired point. Said system is hoisted by an unmanned balloon or small-model helicopter. The camera or the video camera can be remotely deactivated by the operator, when the image is taken as the user desired and sent by the micro-camera to a TV screen placed on the ground.
