PURPOSE: Provided is a steamed rice cake for pan boiling which has a concave groove and a projection for assembling. Therefore, the steamed rice cake is easily boiled while cooking. CONSTITUTION: A steamed rice cake for pan boiling is characterized by forming a plurality of concave grooves and projections along the length of the steamed rice cake. It is also characterized by forming on its body a plurality of image portions to be shaped into a triangle, a circle, a polygon and the like, as well as a cutting inducing groove.
