OPTICAL PICKUP ACTUATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An optical pickup actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a simple and cheap optical pickup actuator to improve a counter-tilt force for a specialized disc by differently applying tension to a suspension wire without a separate tile driving tool. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second two suspension wires(15A,15B) are soldered to a coil PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(14) of a bobbin(12) at one end and are soldered to a PCB plate(19) at another end by penetrating a wire holder(13). The bobbin is equipped with an objective lens(11). A focusing coil(16) and a tacking coil(17) are wound to an outer circumference. The coil PCB is installed to both side of a long side. A yoke plate(21) has a center hole(22) at a center and includes an inner and an outer yoke(23,24) at a left/right side of the center hole with an interval. The tension of the first and the second suspension wires is different with each other.
