FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: interference method measuring distance (length) comprises translucence with the help of collecting lens by opposite coherent beams with flat wave fronts, direction of these beams along single optical axis on to observation plane and comparison of amplitude-phase characteristics of these two beams on basis on interference. For translucence with the help of collecting lens flat wave fronts are converted to spherical, movement of collecting lens along optical axis alters curvature of wave fronts and their interference in observation plane in point in observation plane chosen for measurement of distance (length) in the form number and frequency band. Device measuring distance (length) incorporates laser, telescopic system, laser beam splitter, flat mirrors placed at angle to radiation of laser positioned in path of laser beam. Collecting lens equipped with positioning mechanism is located on optical axis in observation plane between flat mirrors and optical radiation detector is arranged in observation plane at certain distance from optical axis. EFFECT: enhanced measurement precision in combination with high noise immunity and low sensitivity to environmental changes. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
