PURPOSE: A method for preparing a fluorine sterilization resin and a filter element for sterilization are provided, to obtain a colorless and odorless sterilization resin having an excellent sterilizing power. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of mixing a fluorine compound and a strong basic anion exchange resin (Cl type) in distilled water to prepare a fluorine sterilization resin. Preferably the fluorine compound is HF, and the concentration is 10-100 ppm in distilled water.
