PURPOSE: Provided is a cap to remove a fixing member for packing by a withdrawal portion of a moving member, in which the fixing member is inserted in a predetermined depth into a neck of a container and removed by the moving member. CONSTITUTION: In a cap having a space for reducing a volume of a container which is connected with a neck of the container by screw, a rotation-type moving member(100) is combined with the outside around the neck of the container. In the process of opening the moving member(100), only the moving member(100) moves upward to a regular height and the fixing member(200) is closely fixed around the inside of the neck of the container. An outlet portion(104) of the moving member is raised during the early process that the moving member(100) moves upward. A part or more of the moving member(100) is loaded by contact by a part or more of the fixing member(200), and the fixing member(200) is removed from the neck(300) of the container by the moving member(100) during the continuous process following the early process.
