CONSTITUTION: A skin care cosmetic composition is characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, 0.001-30.0 wt.% of the extract of Lagerstroemia indica flowers, based on the total weight of the composition. It has excellent improving effects on wrinkles and roughness of the skin.
