PURPOSE: A tire reducing rotation resistance for a vehicle is provided to reduce rotation resistance without the drop of operation stability and lateral strength by arranging an organic fiber cord having the direction same with the peripheral direction of a carcass ply to the upper part of an apex. CONSTITUTION: A tire reducing rotation resistance for a vehicle includes an organic fiber cord(1) having the direction same with the peripheral direction of a carcass to the upper part of an apex(2). The organic fiber cord is one of polyester, rayon, and glass fiber. The thickness of the organic fiber cord is below 2mm, the width is 25¯50mm, and 20¯30 pieces/inch at 800¯1500d/2. The position of the organic fiber cord is 50¯70% of a section height(SH) of the tire. The height of the apex is below 20% of the section height of the tire.
