摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high error correcting capability by preventing generation of underflow even at the time of carrying out normalization under a high speed fading environment. SOLUTION: A reference shift number calculating part 104 calculates the first number of reference shifts by averaging the number of shifts of each slot related with data after RAKE synthesis. A normalizing part 105 normalizes the data after the RAKE synthesis in a frame based on the number of shifts of each slot and the first number of the reference shifts. A reference shift number calculating part 109 calculates the second number of reference shifts by averaging the first number of reference shifts of each frame. A normalizing part 110 normalizes the data of each transport channel divided by a deinterleaver 106 in a TTI based on the first number of reference shifts of each frame and the second number of reference shifts. An error correcting and decoding part 111 operates error correction and decoding to the data normalized by the normalizing part 110.
