PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize output timing of voice, lighting and video messages for guidance to a visitor in a financial store or the like. SOLUTION: A speaker 50, a lighting display 60 and a display 40 or the like are installed in a financial store 20 or the like and connected to a controller 100. The controller 100 is linked through a modem 90 and a public line N1 to the side of a center 10 and receives messages or instructions from the center side. When a sensor 70 or door switch 80 senses a visitor, the controller outputs the previously stored message. When the output times of the voice, lighting and image messages are different, the controller 100 performs processing for matching timing so that the ending time can be matched corresponding to the output times of the respective messages. |
