PURPOSE:To avoid the limitation of the number of times of writing by controlling writing in plural data writing areas, and to continuously writing data by restoring the previous writing data even when a power source is turned off. CONSTITUTION:A non-volatile memory 14 whose number of times of writing is limited is equipped with an M data writing areas 16, MXN flag data writing areas 15 in which N flag data indicating one data writing area are written, and a conversion table 17 having the prescribed sets of flag patters, and sequential flag data writing areas and writing flag data in the writing areas corresponding to one flag pattern. Also, the memory 14 is equipped with a flag data writing means which reads the flag pattern when the data are written, and writes the flag data in the sequential flag data writing area based on the conversion table 17, and a data writing means which writes the data in the data writing area corresponding to the written flag data writing area. |
