摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a determination analysis by inbrared spectral analysis of calcium oxalate.monohydrate and calcium oxalate.dihydrate in urinary calculus by infrared spectral analysis. CONSTITUTION: The peak of infrared absorption spectrum appearing virtually at 780cm&lt;-1&gt; and infrared absorption spectrum appearing virtually at 800cm&lt;-1&gt; are utilized, a parallel homology is assumed between 780cm&lt;-1&gt; and 800cm&lt;-1&gt; based on the baseline of the peak of infrared absorpting spectrum appearing at 780cm&lt;-1&gt; , the infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 800cm&lt;-1&gt; is assumed as the amount of infrared absorption of COD and the infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 780cm&lt;-1&gt; is set to the total of infrared absorption of COM and COD, a relationship based on a primary equation (linear equation) is obtained between the content ratio of COM and COD in a sample and measurement infrared absorption spectrum appearing at 780cm&lt;-1&gt; , and the COM and COD in organism calculus is determind based on the relationship.</p>
