FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: bifido-ferment is prepared by culturing the culture of bifido-microorganisms of the first and the second generation in nutrient medium containing the preparation prepared from acid soybean molasses as a carbohydrate component. Invention provides simplifying the producing technology due to exclusion of a stage for preparing pre- -ferment from culture of the second generation. EFFECT: improved producing method. |
