METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF MICRO-POWDERS FROM SUPER-HARD MATERIALS

摘要

FIELD: enrichment of micro-powers of super-hard materials possessing high abrasive capacity. SUBSTANCE: starting burden is mixed with water and is enriched by density in centrifugal field on free surface of water having shape of paraboloid of revolution at ratio of acceleration of centrifugal force to free fall acceleration within 0.9-1.1 at volumetric load of 388 cu m/cu m/h. Standard water is used as classification medium. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and simplified technology.
