FIELD: agriculture, animal science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining whole milk substitute to feed farm animals. The suggested substitute contains protein-vitamin-mineral paste obtained out of green grass juice 35-40 weight%, sugar 2-2.5 weight%, blend 2-4 weight%, vitamin concentrate 1-2 weight%, fatty component in the form of the mixture of gourd seeds oil and beef fat 1:3 - 12-15 weight%, the rest - milk whey enriched with aminoacetic acid-glycine at the quantity of 0.1% against milk whey mass.
