FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved method for production of polymers possessing low solubility. Process is conducted in aqueous polymer system characterized by solubility in water no higher 200 mmole/l and comprising following stages: (i) preparing aqueous reaction mixture containing monomer with water solubility above 200 mmole/l and macromolecular organic compound having hydrophobic cavity selected from group including cyclodextrin, cyclodextrin derivatives, cycloynulo-hexose, cycloynulo-heptose, cycloynulooctose, calixarene, and cavitande, and (ii) polymerization of thus prepared mixture.
