FIELD: chemical industry; manufacture of hermetic dynamic membranes of curvilinear shape for hydraulic accumulators; manufacture of aircraft engines. SUBSTANCE: cloth placed on model is treated with alcohol-and-water mixture or acetone-and-water mixture several times; cloth is smoothed- out after each operation and is dried; then, cloth is secured in at least three points on model of article and is impregnated by applying adhesive compound and at least two layers of sealing adhesive at simultaneous spraying of organic solvent over surface of cloth; each layer of sealing adhesive is dried for at least 20 min; cloth thus impregnated is kept in air for at last 20 hours, after which it is removed from model, turned inside out and again placed on model for repeated impregnation and keeping in air. EFFECT: enhanced stability of geometric sizes; enhanced reliability; increased service life; facilitated procedure; reduced manufacturing time. 15 cl, 2 dwg |
