PURPOSE: A structure of a cap housing foreign materials is provided to prevent a consumer from swallowing a sealed portion with carelessness since an elastic part for preventing discharging is formed at the sealed portion. CONSTITUTION: In the cap(1), a fixing member(10) fixed to a container(100) and a tube portion(21) assembled to the fixing member(10) to form a storage space(22) are assembled around a tube portion receiving part(11) of the fixing member(10). The tube portion(21) having the storage space(22) is sealed by a sealing portion(30) in the downward direction of the tube portion receiving part(11). An elastic part(31) for preventing discharging from the container(100) is formed on the outer ring of the sealing portion(30) integrally or in an assembling manner.
