PURPOSE: A device for reusing a code in a CDMA mobile communication system by a beam-forming method using an array antenna and a device therefor are provided to reuse a pre-used code for a new mobile station requesting communication by using correlation checked results between mobile stations, thereby preventing power consumption of a base station. CONSTITUTION: A weight extractor(440) restores long-term/short-term information from feedback signals received through an uplink-only physical control channel, extracts plural weights from the restored information, outputs the extracted weights to a multiplier(410), and outputs the restored long-term information to an orthogonal code selector(450). A multiplexer(460) multiplies an inputted spread/scramble signal, and outputs multiplied results to the multiplier(410). The multiplier(410) multiplies the multiplied results by the extracted weights, respectively, and outputs multiplied results to an adder(420). The adder(420) adds the multiplied results to pilot channel signals. An antenna array(430) transmits added results to a mobile station. The orthogonal code selector(450) inputs the long-term information, selects a code for a new mobile station, and outputs the selected code to the multiplexer(460). |
