FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: moisture-heat treatment of lumbers is repeatedly conducted simultaneously with the process of drying by means of periodic engagement and disengagement of the condenser letting part of the air through it circulating through the pile maintaining a constant preset air temperature according to a dry-bulb thermometer during the whole period of drying. The pile is subjected to vibration action. On completion of the process of drying, the pressure in the sealed drying chamber is varied periodically at a rate of pressure drop exceeding the rate of pressure rise by many times. The device is provided with two main rail tracks and additional rail tracks. A false ceiling is installed inside the sealed drying chamber, left-hand and right-hand air-distributing casings are installed outside it along and on top the pile length. On the endface sides the truck is provided with detachable trays for water, a curtain is installed on its both sides. The rear transfer car has a detachable frame and a canopy. Sliding partitions are installed on both sides of the pile, the pile ends are covered with cloth, whose ends are lowered into the detachable trays with water. The sealed drying chamber is made straight through of periodic action. Installed inside the chamber is a device for generation of vibrations.
