SUBSTANCE: antenna of proposed device has one element in the form of wire length wound on one of current supply cables of brush gear under inspection. Device depending for its operation on diagnosing brush gear by radiation level has antenna, amplifying and signal processing unit, as well as display and warning unit; antenna has single element in the form of wire length wound on one of current supply cables of brush gear.
