FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gerotor machines and it can be used in general-application hydraulic motors. Proposed rotor consists of rotor- blank with outer helical teeth provided with convex tops and concave spaces and coated with anticorrosive wear-resistant coating. Coating of outer helical teeth is multiplayer, consisting of enclosed and enclosing layers. Outer profiles of each in end face section of rotor are determined according to definite relationships. EFFECT: increased service life and improved reliability, possibility of application of coatings to suit operating conditions and characteristics of working liquids, possibility of repair by restoration of coating. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
