FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for treating fruits before laying them for storage. The method deals with purifying fruits' surface from mechanical admixtures. Application of essential oils of the same fruits should be carried out along with epiphytic substances of cuticular layer of plant raw material due to their condensation out of supracritical medium. As a carrier one should apply a miscella obtained after extracting Mortierella gemmifera micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent at supracritical parameters of the latter. The method enables to decrease the losses from microbial failure and increase storage terms of fruits. EFFECT: increased reliability of fruits protection against microbial failure. 3 ex |
