PURPOSE: A license plate holder is provided to generally store various sizes of license plates in the world. CONSTITUTION: An universal license plate holder(10) contains a first fixing bracket(16), a second fixing bracket(18) and a cross bar(22). The first fixing bracket has a first pivot hole. The second fixing bracket has a second pivot hole. The cross bar is connected with each fixing bracket in a pivot method. At least one license plate fixing holes are formed in the first and the second fixing brackets respectively. Thereby, the license plate holder stores license plates(14) of different sizes to be used in the world.
