PURPOSE: A nut fixing member is provided to simply fix a nut to a required position of a rectangular pipe without performing an additional welding process regardless of a length of the rectangular pipe. CONSTITUTION: A coupling hole(11) is formed at a front surface of a rectangular pipe(10). A fixing hole(12) is formed at one side of the coupling hole(11). A holder(20) is inserted into the fixing hole(12). The holder(20) inserted into the fixing hole(12) is provided at a front surface thereof with a supporting rib(22), which is coupled with the coupling hole(11). A nut gripping member(21) is formed at a rear surface of the holder(20) in order to fix the nut(30). A front support member(23) is provided at the other front surface of the holder(20). A rear support member(24) is formed at the rear surface of the holder(20).
