PURPOSE: An apparatus for enriching gas and a blower using the same are provided to prevent condensation of oxygen-enriched air from being frozen in a low outer temperature. CONSTITUTION: A gas enrichment unit(2) increases concentration of a specific gas component of air of a first side to send out the air from a second side. A differential pressure element(3) makes an atmospheric pressure of the second side of the gas enrichment unit lower than an atmospheric pressure of the first side. A temperature sensor detects an atmospheric temperature of an outdoor unit(1). A control unit(12) controls the differential pressure element according to the detected temperature.
