PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing edible perfume containing dietary enzymes by using fermented extracts of natural medicinal products, seaweeds, animals, plants, drugs, mushrooms and the like. Therefore, the manufactured edible perfume contains various kinds of organic acids, minerals, vitamins and the like, and thus increase the human health, promotes metabolism, increases the growth of children, removes a hangover and has treatment effects on constipation, cancer and other diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing edible perfume is characterized by carrying out saccharification and fermentation by acetic acid and lactic acid, with adding pharmacologically effective ingredients, such as natural medicinal products, seaweeds, animals, plants, drugs, mushrooms and the like, as described in the specification. Therefore, the manufactured edible perfume contains dietary enzymes as well as components of natural products having pharmacological action.
