MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER FINISHED YARN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester finished yarn having soft touch and excellent elasticity is provided. Fabric or knitting made out of the polyester finished yarn has excellent touch, hygroscopicity and quick dry function. CONSTITUTION: Polyester finished yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing two drawn yarns having the next fineness(0.05de <= D1 <= 2.0de (formula 1), 1.0de <=D2 < 3.0de (formula 2)); twisting one yarn in a twist ratio of 400-1500/m; supplying the other yarn having no twist; doubling the yarns; heating the doubled yarn at 150-210 deg.C; and then false-twisting the yarn. In the formula 1 and 2, D1 is single yarn fineness of the yarn having no twist; D2 is single yarn fineness of the twisted yarn.
