PURPOSE: A transceiver module is provided to reduce a mounting area by reducing the number of parts mounted on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver IC(1a) is mounted on the substrate, and the operation of the transceiver IC is based on the first clock. Peripheral ICs(4,5) are operated based on the second clock by being mounted to the substrate and connecting to the transceiver IC. The transceiver IC includes a clock generating circuit(2) generating the first clock and a demultiplexing circuit(3) connected to the clock generating circuit. The first clock generated in the clock generating circuit is demultiplexed in the demultiplexing circuit and is supplied to the peripheral IC for the second clock.
