PURPOSE: A display device is provided to consist of LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes) using a compound semiconductor and a TFT for controlling the LEDs, and to configure pixels by using the LEDs, thereby increasing light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(113) has micro lenses(111). Gate electrodes(115) are disposed in predetermined regions. A gate insulating film(117) is disposed on a front side of the substrate(113). Active layers(119) overlap with the gate electrodes(115). Source/drain electrodes(121a,121b) overlap with both sides of the active layers(119). The first protective films(123) have contact holes to expose the source/drain electrodes(121a,121b). Transparent electrodes(125) are connected to the drain electrodes(121b). LEDs(107) are disposed in predetermined regions of the transparent electrodes(125). The second protective films(127) have contact holes to expose the source electrodes(121a) and the LEDs(107). Data lines electrically connect the source electrodes(121a) with the LEDs(107). |
