PURPOSE: A fuel cell assembly and its preparation method are provided, to improve alignment accuracy by employing a reactant distribution structure, thereby reducing the mixing of a fuel and an oxidant. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell assembly is prepared by providing a fuel cell containing the surface supporting at least one electrode; and forming a reactant distribution structure(104) on the surface of the fuel cell. Preferably the reactant distribution structure comprises a fuel channel(158) combined with an anode and an oxidant channel(174) combined with a cathode and separated from the fuel channel. The reactant distribution structure is formed by forming a sacrifice material layer on the surface of a fuel cell to cover some part of the surface with the sacrifice material and not to cover the other part; sedimenting the reactant distribution structure layer on the part where the sacrifice material is not covered; and removing the sacrifice material. |
