PURPOSE: Cooling structure of a heat protector is provided to improve the durability of an exhaust manifold by leading fresh air in the air to the inside of the heat protector. CONSTITUTION: A heat protector(30) is bent in a streamline shape and formed along the outer shape of an exhaust manifold, to prevent heat of high temperature generated in the exhaust process of an engine from being transmitted to an engine room. In cooling structure of the heat protector, an inlet(34) of an air inflow pipe(33) to make fresh air in the air flow into the inside of the heat protector is formed to the front side of a vehicle. An air filter(40) for filtering foreign matters in the air flowing is formed to the inlet side of the air inflow pipe.
