PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for sterilizing a toothbrush using atmospheric pressure plasma to sterilize pathogenic bacteria existing in the toothbrush while drying the toothbrush hair using the heat generated by the plasma. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for sterilizing a toothbrush using atmospheric pressure plasma includes a high voltage generating part(120) to generate plasma; a plasma generating part(130) comprising a reactive tube and an electrode to generate plasma using atmospheric pressure when a high voltage from the high voltage generating part(120) is applied; a sterilizing part(140) to sterilize a toothbrush or a razor by the plasma generated by the plasma generating part(130); and a control circuit(110) to control the high voltage generating part(120) by turning on the sterilization by applying a high voltage from the high voltage generating part(120) to the plasma generating part(130) and intercepting the high voltage to stop the sterilization.
