PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a pulverized mixture of ready-to-eat vegetable soy bean curds containing abundant natural nutrients, utrophin as a human growth factor, DHA, calcium, iron, mineral, vitamin, essential fatty acid, and other components. Also, provided is a method for manufacturing a packed product thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing pulverized mixture of ready-to-eat vegetable soy bean curds containing abundant natural nutrients, utrophin as a human growth factor, DHA, calcium, iron, mineral, vitamin, essential fatty acid, and other components comprises the steps of: washing soy beans 2-3 times; soaking them in water then washing the soaked beans 2-3 times; drying the soy beans and pulverizing them; washing vegetables and dewatering and cutting them into an appropriate size; drying the cut pieces of vegetables and drying them; pulverizing the dried cut pieces of vegetables; mixing the soybean powder and vegetable powder in an appropriate mixing ratio; and packing the mixture. |
