摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A recording pulse generation device is provided to input an EFMCLK(Eight to Fourteen Modulation Clock) to a delay line to generate a clock, and to freely change(control) a run length of EFM data by a signal generation circuit, thereby performing plural signal processing operations. CONSTITUTION: A control voltage of a VCO of a PLL is supplied to a delay line(11), and fine clocks(T0-T15) are obtained from 16 tabs(2b). A time difference between the clocks(T0-T15) depends on an oscillating frequency of the VCO, while dividers(3,8) are set by being adjusted to the oscillating frequency of the VCO. The fine clocks(T0-T15) are selected to a multiplexer(25a) of a recording pulse generation device(25), and are supplied to a flip-flop portion(25b) to enable a signal control in a 1/16 period analysis function of an EFMCLK.</p>
