PURPOSE: A subsidence preventing method for a back-filling part of a structure using solidification is provided to construct a structure stably by reducing the earth pressure on a structure. CONSTITUTION: The subsidence preventing method for a back-filling part of a structure using solidification comprises the steps of: after installing a structure(11), building a primary banking body(12) to be inclined downward toward the structure(11) by damping and banking the ground of the general road side; back-filling to a back-filling part(13) between the backside of the structure(11) and the primary banking body(12) using solidified materials; building a secondary banking body(14) by damping and banking the remaining space between the back-filling part(13) and the primary backing body(12); and constructing a pavement layer(15) on the back-filling part(13) of the structure(11) and the primary, secondary banking bodies(12,14) without constructing a connecting slab reinforced concrete slab.
