PURPOSE: A sewage and wastewater pretreatment apparatus is provided which is capable of greatly influencing activation of microorganisms, which is semi-permanent and which is capable of being adopted on an existing wastewater treatment facility. CONSTITUTION: The sewage and wastewater pretreatment apparatus comprises a body(10) which is formed in a long tube shape, at a rear part of which a reverse circulation pipe(12) is slantly formed in a reverse flow direction of sewage and wastewater, and from an end of which a discharge pipe(15) is extended; a mixing injector(20) which is mounted on a front end of the body, wherein the mixing injector comprises a radial mixing space(24) stretched to the four sides from the center of disk(23), a sewage and wastewater pipe(21) and an air hose(22) that are connected to the center of the mixing space in such a way that sewage and wastewater are flown into the sewage and wastewater pipe, and high pressure air is supplied into the air hose, and injection nozzles(25) installed in such a way that a radial end of the mixing space is positioned on the inner surface of the body; a crusher(30) which is installed in the body in rear of the injection nozzles of the mixing injector, and in which crushing pins(32) are radially formed on shaft(31) having a certain length with being evenly spaced apart from each other; a retention machine(40) which is installed in rear of the crusher, front and rear parts of which are closed so that the retention machine is formed in a cylindrical body(41) having an internal space, on a front lower part of which inflow hole(42) is formed, and on a rear upper part of which discharge hole(43) is formed; and a bubbler(50) which is installed from a rear end of the retention machine to a front position of the reverse circulation pipe of the body, to which a fixed body(51) having a plurality of holes(52) is fixed, and in which a hundred or more of bioballs(54) are installed at wires(53) fixed through the holes of the fixed body.
