PURPOSE: A superconducting cable having an energy storage function using a capacitor method is provided to minimize the eddy current and store the electric energy by using an insulating resistance and a withstand voltage. CONSTITUTION: A superconducting cable having an energy storage function using a capacitor method includes a DC power supply unit(100), a first conductive metal material(30), a second conductive metal material(40), and DC current(70,80). The DC current(70,80) is stored when the DC power supply unit(100) applies the current to the first conductive metal material(30) and the second conductive metal material(40). The loss due to the heat and the loss of the magnetic field due to the eddy current are minimized by immigrating free electrons to the load side when the free electrons are stored.
