PURPOSE: A pack battery is provided, to allow an insulator to be adhered firmly to a resin molding part with preventing a safety valve from being broken by the deformation of the insulator due to the molten synthetic resin injected into the molding room of the resin molding part. CONSTITUTION: The pack battery is such that a battery(1) is temporarily fixed to a mold for molding a resin molding part(1) and is adhered to a synthetic resin injected into the molding room of the resin molding part and molded at the place and the resin molding part is adhered to the open face(20) of a safety valve(8), wherein an insulator is located at the position which is a boundary between the safety valve open face and the resin molding part and closes the open part(9) of the safety valve, the insulator opens a penetration hole at the position apart from the corresponding position to the open part of the safety valve, and the resin molding part is injected into the penetration hole to be adhered to the open face of the safety valve. Preferably the insulator(15) is a hard plate which is not deformed by the molding pressure of the resin molding part. |
