PURPOSE: Provided is a battery terminal cover device, which prevents a terminal cover from being detached from a battery terminal by vibrations during the driving of a car, and thus prevents self-discharge and electric shock accidents. CONSTITUTION: The battery terminal cover device comprises a terminal cover(200) which is attached to/detached from a battery terminal by rotating around a hinge axis. In the battery terminal, at least one jaw(220,221) cooperating with the bottom end of the terminal is formed in the inner lateral surface of the terminal cover. Additionally, the battery terminal cover may further comprise a rib(230) for supporting the lateral part of the terminal, and a clip for fixing the cover.
