PURPOSE: Provided is a sterilized egg, washed and sterilized by sterilizing water without using any chemical agents so that food safety is ensured and bacterial infections including avian influenza are prevented. CONSTITUTION: The sterilized egg is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: washing with sterilizing water comprising charcoal and vermiculite; washing with a brush; washing the egg with hot water shower; washing with sterilizing water comprising germanium, elvan and nano-silver; drying; coating with a mineral oil; and UV sterilization and drying. In the method, the sterilizing water comprising charcoal and vermiculite functions to remove bad odors such as ammonia odor and to sterilize. Further, the sterilizing water comprising germanium, elvan and nano-silver functions to completely remove bacteria including salmonella and avian influenza.
