PURPOSE: A device for controlling a screen mode of a notebook computer using a docking station is provided to use the notebook computer regardless of a working state and a working position of a user by inputting data on a desk or a table as mounting the notebook computer on the docking station, and switching the screen mode in a state that the notebook computer is placed according to user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: The notebook computer(700) performs a computer function by having an LCD panel, a digitizer panel, and a main board. A keyboard is attached/detached to the notebook computer. The docking station has a drive connector(434) connecting to a drive socket of the notebook computer and supports/rotates the notebook computer by mounting the notebook computer. The docking station includes a cradle(410) seating the notebook computer to a rotational guide(450), and having an orientation switch(437) and the drive connector, a stand supporting a weight of the cradle mounted with the notebook computer, and an arm supporting the cradle mounted with the notebook computer.
