PURPOSE: A method of a real-time online AOD(Audio On Demand) broadcasting system mounting a TTS(Text To Speech) engine thereon and an interface thereof are provided to convert text-based character data into voice-based data by using a voice synthesizing technology, and to supply the converted voice data to a client server, thereby enabling a service user to receive a voice message at any time, any place. CONSTITUTION: If a client server logs on the Internet(S301,S302) and requests a text-based message(S303), a main server analyzes text-based character data. An application server converts the character data into a voice message by using a TTS engine portion. The converted voice data is stored/managed in a TTS DB by client. If the client server requests the voice message, a DB manager supplies the stored voice message with a related additional service to the client server. The text message is controlled(S304), and is synthesized with a voice(S305) to generate an on-demand voice message. A delivery reservation is controlled(S306) at requested time. A client DB stores the on-demand voice(S307), and confirms whether other text message is requested(S310). If not, the main server completes a service(S311).
