摘要 PURPOSE: An optical information recording device and an optical information recording medium are provided to shift a peak of an optical absorption prior to an irradiation into a long wavelength or a short wavelength during the irradiation, thereby realizing a medium having a high S/N ratio with high recording density. CONSTITUTION: Condensing functional layers(5) consist of repeated lamination films of dielectric layers(6) and dielectric layers(7). A laser beam is incident from a cover layer(8), is transmitted on each layer, then is reflected on each interface. The laser beam is reflected to a reflective layer(2), and enters an optical detector. During an irradiation of the laser beam, an optical absorption peak in a spectral reflectivity curved line is shifted into a long wavelength or a short wavelength before the irradiation of the laser beam.
